Most coaches don't have a coaching problem. They have a client problem and an admin problem.

You need more of the right clients. Not just more clients in general, but people who are actually a good fit for your specific approach and who are likely to get real value from working with you.

And separately, you need less time spent on everything that isn't coaching. Scheduling back and forth over email. Following up on outstanding invoices. Managing multiple programmes with different cadences. Tracking whether clients are actually doing the work between sessions. Handling contracts. Running the general back office of a small business that most coaches never trained to run in the first place.

Nobody trains as a coach for the invoicing

But the reality of running an independent practice means a significant percentage of every working week gets consumed by exactly that kind of work. Work that has nothing to do with why someone became a coach.

And the two problems feed each other. The more time admin takes, the less you have for the business development that would bring in better-fit clients. The fewer good-fit clients you have, the more of your income depends on engagements that drain you.
